New and easier way to get in touch with us!

We are pleased to announce that a new online consultation tool called Patches has been procured for all the practices across West Yorkshire from April 2023. We are one of the pilot practices and given early access. This will replace the current e-consultation and appears to be much easier to use. Please register by following the link below. You only need to register once and you will see the responses to all your previous contacts in one place.
